Hello,

i am wondering if anyone can tell me how i would go about zooming a picture
like the flash banner in this link::

http://www.coltonmotors.ie/contentv3/index.cfm?fuseaction=page&pageID=13295

iwould like to know how the picture stays in tacked while zooming in and out.

Any help would be great thanks in advance

The banner I saw had no significant zooming. It was a slideshow of 4 separate
photos of the car, with a fade transition. The outgoing photo each time did a
small zoom during the fade.

Set up each photo on a separate layer. Make each photo into a movie clip. When
you're ready to start the transition, add a keyframe to the first photo at (for
example) frame number 30 (make sure it's on the top layer), then another
keyframe 10 or 15 frames later. In that las Keyframe, first resize the photo to
120 percent, then set its alpha to zero. Right-click anywhere on the timeline
between those two keyframes, and select "create motion tween". The next photo,
on the layer below, will be revealed. Repeat the above steps to reveal photo 3,
etc.

If you don't understand any of the terms I've mentioned, look them up in the
excellent Help resource within Flash.
