Does anyone know how to create Flash Presentations that can expand full screen
and not show any browser and operating system interfaces. I need to create a
non-linear non-slide presentation similar to the Director presentations from
back-in-the-day.

If you're not using your presentation for the web, then you can Publish your Flash movie as a Projector file(.exe).  You can set this up in your Publish Settings(File>Publish Settings).
