Experts,

I've been trying to create .flv movies for my kid's soccer team. I'm using OS
X and Final Cut Express to edit the movies. I'm using Flash Video Encoder to
convert the results from .mov to .flv.

I'm not happy with the quality (editing and content, notwithstanding). Anyone
watching any youtube video, can see that I'm not doing something right. But,
after hours of trying, I'm just not getting it.

I can tell you that I slightly reduce the dimensions of the final product. But
only slighty. www.spiritsof94white.com/media/ripon.html. I am exporting at the
highest quality. So, what's with the degraded video?

So, if you can direct me to a tutorial, or can recognize my problem because of
your own experience, please provide any tips.

Greatly appreciated.

only slightly can produce more artifacts than greatly reducing the
size.  You should export the MOV in the correct size.  Also, how does
the mov look?  Any artifacts there?
