I would suggest make it bigger then place the text field in center of the tool tip and stretch it to cover the whole graphic. The text is already set to display center so it will nicely fit in. That's the easiest way if you not too flash savvy. Other way would be to rebuilt the whole thing and have the tool tip dynamically size based on the size of the text field. But that's, again, require to reconstruct your entire file. Library is basically list of entire file content. Movie clips , buttons, graphics etc... There is one call "ToolTip". Find it, double click it and it will open it its editing mode. There you can change the size.
