I need to build an apllication showing a simple map in window.
The map is a simple background taken from a file.
Some cities would be displayed on this map but the should not be a part odf
the map. They should come from some data base.

This is not to difficult to make.

But I need that the map is possible to move and zoom within a window.

I am looking for an almost ready application whoich could be adapted to my
further needs needs. This is quite ofteh used in internet.
Any one have seen such aplication?

It works excellent. It is a pity only that it is not possible to move the map within a window.
