Hi, first time posting here.
I'm not too familiar with Flash, so please excuse my ignorance.
If I have a PacMan game and I want to edit it so that I can change the images
of Pacman, the ghosts and the fruit, how do I do this?
If I'm using Flash MX am I able to do this? If so, how do I go about doing
this?
If not, what do I need to do/use to accomplish this?
Any help is appreciated greatly. Thanks.

Do you have the fla source file for this game, or just a swf? -Tom

SWF is the same as JPG exported from PSD, Once exported it not supposed be editable.
You will need the source file *.FLA
There are 3rd party tools that could do it but flash itself has no such abilities...

If the images of pacman etc. were images in the original, you can just replace
them in the library.
If they are drawn in flash they will probably be drawn in a graphic- or a
movieclip. you'll have to search in the library for those and edit the drawings
in that movieclip or import an image in that movieclip...

Yeah I figured it out on my own after I realized I had the flash file :)
Thanks for your help anyways, y'all-- I'll bump this if I have any problems along the way.
