Hi!

I copied the frconfig.txt  in   /opt/coldfusionmx/bin/ (on my server) with the
entered ip of the computer from where I'm connecting to server (LINUX, Flash
Communication Server 1.5, Coldfusion MX, Apache2)
I don't use coldfusion MX as my www server. I use Apache instead. I'm also not
sure if I have to install Flash remoting 1.0 for JAVA on my server. I have
installed onyl Flash communication server 1.5 and downloaded the components for
Flash so that i use flash remoting. Do i miss something?
I wanted to install Flash remoting 1.0 for java (linux version) but  i got an
error that i must install VM pririor to run this file (
flashremoting-java-linux-en.bin . Also I assume that I have flash remoting
already installed on my server since I have the flashgateway.jar on my server
and when server starts (coldfusion mx) I get also this message " user
FlashGateway: init:"

After I restarted the server and did what you told me to. I still get the same
error. I was also thinking that if the serial or ip nummber was the case why
flash remoting let me connect over http normally. This error which i get when I
want to connect to my server from flash mx 2004 environment (Error opening URL
"https://kevik.msplet.com/flashservices/gateway") only exists when I use HTTPS.
Otherwise if I use http it runs normally. Also if I put this link in to my
browser https://kevik.msplet.com/flashservices/gateway I get blank page which I
believe it's normal.

Is it possible that my SSL virtual host is somehow  wrong configured? Do I
have to install anything else to be running Flash Remoting???

Please HELP!!

thanks from Marko

If you would like to try it yourself here is my source file:

kevik.msplet.com/FCS_SecureTi
x_new.fla

Iusername: markeb10 , password:keber

If you successed you will see a red light. Otherwise there will be a red one.
If you change the https://kevik.msplet.com to http://kevik.msplet.com the
connection will work in any browser. But with https it works only in my
firefox..... What am i missing?

Thanx for your help!

I tried both https://kevik.msplet.com and http://kevik.msplet.com, both are showing fine on IE6, what do you mean by red light? didn't see any.
