hi guys and girls!

has anyone used flash remoting on pocket pc ? if you have used it please
continue reading...

i am currently developing an wireless flash application that uses flash
remoting to handle the data of a stock company, so the application is for
making inventory, the system will replace one done in visual.net that stores
the information in a big database and runs in machines.

with theflash pocket system is intended to get the benefits of mobility,
instead of bringing the products to the machines, now the pocket pc running
flash, can go to them and scan the bar code and flash then send it to the
database through coldfusion.

the problem is that flash is slow sending the the data and bringing it back to
the pocket machine where the user can hear the sound from the response, it
takes about  1 second, but since is lingerie it has to be faster, at least 0.2
seconds per product that is the time that the computer uses to process it.

is there a way to speed up this proccess? know some variable that take part in
this? , i would like to do this because that will raise the confidence of flash
in the company and will allow me to tell them to buy flash 8 copy and hire some
flash programmers ....

i dont mind to share the code with you, anyone experienced developer can help?

thx for any!!.

Flash remoting is very fast in my experience - I could look at your code if you like - sounds quite odd .
