The solution is related to some windows components not installed. On windows
server 2003 besides installing .Net Framework 1.X, service packs and hotfixes
you'll need to go to Add/Remove Programs - Windows Components and install:
   - Application Server - ASP.Net
   - Application Server - Internet Information Services (IIS) - Frontpage 2002
Server Extensions

I hope this will solve your problems, it solved ours.

I too am having this problem, after installing, copying the Flashremoting
folder to the domain I want to use it in and creating an application on this
directory I get the following error:
Unable to create webservice proxy. Please ensure the Microsoft.NET Framework
SDK is installed.

.Net framework is installed, also the Application Server - ASP.Net
- Application Server - Internet Information Services (IIS) - Frontpage 2002
Server Extensions are installed

Are there any other suggestions?
