has anybody used the button component.  Every tutorial I've found uses the push
button component from Flash MX, not the UI component button.  Trying to get
this to work with Flash MX Pro 2004 has been very frustrating.    Any help is
greatly appreciated.  If I am the only one experiencing this issue, then I
would probably assume most applications are still relying on the old push
button component.

I'm still trying to figure out the differences between Flash MX and Flash MX
pro..  I have an FLA/SWF in Flash MX that relies on the push button component
and Flash remoting.  This is extremely simple.  The application simply consists
of 2 text input boxes and a push button.  The user simply clicks the button
which calls a Cold Fusion component (cfc) to send an email.  This works fine in
Flash MX.  The moment I open the fla in Flash MX Pro, publish as a SWF, and
deploy to a remote server, it stops working.  What the heck is Macromedia
doing?    FOR THE THIRD TIME, CAN SOMEBODY AT MACROMEDIA ADDRESS THIS ISSUE
PLEASE.
