hello,

I've a made a movie which contains a loader component to load an external .swf
file. This external swf files contains a preloader. However when loading this
external file in the main movie, the screen first appears white and then it
directly shows the the external swf content. It seems like the loader component
waits with displaying the loaded file before it shows it. How can I resolve
this problem so the preloader is visible and people can see how long they have
to wait instaid of vieuwing at a blank screen??

You can see what happens at My Website: www.yntze.tk
click on a city and then go to photo's --> Yntze Party --> Paas Banaan

One forehand thanks for your support,

Try using the simpler loadMovie() method.  The Loader component is better
implemented in conjuction with a MovieClipLoader Object and a separate progress
indicator.  The reason it isn't working in your case, is because the Loader
doesn't play the frames of a swf as it loads them.  It instead, loads all of
the swf's frames and then starts play on frame 1.  So the preloader inside the
swf, doesn't need to 'preload'.
