Hi All,

I am relatively new to Flash Remoting. I went through the concepts and found
it to be very attractive. However, I want the Flash Remoting to be run on
Macintosh (My Java App-server, the Tomcat server will be running on
Macinstosh).

I checked the Flash Remoting for J2EE, and found that there are only 3
versions available (for Windows, Linux and Solaris). Which client
(Solaris/Linux) should i select to enable it run on Mac ? Also, are there any
additional changes or Clients I need to specially install/configure to make it
run on Macintosh.

Any pointers in this regard would be highly helpful for me.

Thanks,

I run flash remoting on Mac OS X jaguar and I just used the Linux version and
extracted it (.bin file). I then used the tomcat web app manager to deploy the
extracted war file. The main part of the install is the flashgateway.jar file.
Everything seems to work fine but I only use this setup for development, not
actual deployment.
