Okay. I'm am working on a website design for my company. I am not at all very
good with flash. But, I need to make a box (or object) that has text in it,
describing what the box does (I.E links to a website). So the objective is to
make the boxes so that when you mouse-over, they swing out and become slightly
enlarged. Somewhat like here http://www.adobe.com/creativelicense/. I think I
have to use a movie clip button with commands using action script 3.0 and a
series of other things. Can anyone help me with my situation?

You need to use actionscript to change the x and y scale of the button.
It depends of what version of ActionScript your using 2.0 or 3.0 on how you would do this, but it's fairly straight forward.
