Document size for 1024 x 768 and centering it in browser??

If i want to creat a site for a standard display of 1024 x 768, what is a good
size for my flash document?  How do i get a site to load in the centre of the
browser?  what can i change in my puplish settings?

I'm not speak english very well but:
Open your .fla
Properties >> Document Size: 950 x 600 px (940 x 580 px is better)
File >>  Publish Settings ( or Shift F12) >> Html settings >>
Dimensions >> Change "Match Movie" for "Percent"
>> 100 x 100 Percent.
Scale >> Change "(Default) Show all" for "No scale" >> No scale
Click OK.  Save changes and press F12 key for test on your browser.

Publish settings shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+F12
