I have 2 movie clips on my site viz. M1 and M2. Images in both the MCs (viz.
J1.JPG and J2.JPG) are dynamically replaced through ASP pages. User is given
facility to resize, rotate and move images of M2 over M1.

I want to enable user to upload this modified version of M1 (after puting M2
over it) on my server in any printable graphics format viz. JPEG/JPG/ GIF/ PNG/
BMP etc.

Is there any facility like that in flash/actionScript.

Please help its urgent.

Hi, are you saying that you want to capture and save to a disk a composite image of J1.jpg and J2.jpg?
indianraaj - 22 Jun 2007 06:38 GMT
yope ani, you got me right. would you please help me. Although SAVING the image
is not so important.... i just want to see that at which location internet user
has imposed J2.JPG over J1.JPG. I am less concerned about the XY coordinates,
instead i would like to see the output of the image after imposition.

I guess i've been able to express my imagination to you.

thanks and regards

Wow! my god! this is exectly what I have been digging for a couble of weeks.
Thanks Amy and thanks to that all mighty who has made people like you.

Amy, is this possible in flash 6 also with ASP integration or I'll have to buy
flash 8 and put some hands on PHP?

Thanks a lot amy

You're welcome! I'm pretty sure you'll have to upgrade because it looks like
the bitmapdata class was a new addition to Flash 8.

Make sure you mark this as the answer so others can benefit from it also. Good
luck!
