Basically I have downloaded a template. Everything is fully customised and
edited. But the last section is "Contact Me". You fill in the form and it sends
off. Problem is I dont know where it will send the information to and how i
change the destination adress to my own. Could somebody help me? I'm a rookie
and have made good head way so far, but am stuck on this one. I would be so
greatful for any one who could tell me what to do.

Many thanks

HI! Most probably it would be in the cgi script or asp script where you
would define your server and ports. take a look in those files there should
be some comments letting you know. Flash Froms can send info from the fields
that the user enters and whatever else you want to pass but its the scripts
that retrieve it and then pass on the server.
