Hi everybody,
I've created a slideshow movie with my Flash 8 Pro, which shows many
pictures in sequence.

I would like to add, over every pictures in my movie, a vector shape
symbol "star".
I've tried to put it in the presentation slide, the parent of every
other slide in the movie, but when I go through the pictures, it
disappears.

How can I make it stay there for every slide in the movie?

I tried setting the "overlay children" property to true in the
presentation slide, but I don't get what I want.

HELP me please!

Hello VerLok,

The way I accomplish this is to create a new layer on top of the slideshow.
In that layer is where I place the image (star) that I want to be seen on
top of my pictures.  Just make sure that layer extends to the end of your
slideshow so it will be seen throughout the whole movie
