Greetings,
I'm a newbie to web dev, have been tinkering w/Studio 8 for months and landed
my 1st web maintenance gig. Seems the previous webmaster created the whole
enchilada in Flash and then dropped it in an HTML wrapper. I need to make
multiple changes to the layout and navigation, but the only file I can find is
the .SWF - no trace of the .FLA. I am thinking I am SOL, but perhaps I''ve
overlooked something very obvious? If not, perhaps y'all have some ideas?

You're able to decompile the exported flash file. Here are two possible
programs that you might wanna try:
www.eltima.com/products/flashdecompiler/
www.sothink.com/product/flashdecompiler/
Although be aware of that the decompiled file tends to be bit messy,
lots of layers. So if it's a big site you might wanna get in touch with
the person that did the site.
Good luck, Ola

you could always use a decompiler. I would only suggest this if you truly have the right to tamper with the swf.
