When you roll over the various arms of the Kanji, Words pop up on the right
side. I want this to happen, but if you roll over the area where the words are
they still pop up. I dont want that to happen. Can someone please tell me what
I need to do in order to fix this issue. Also all of the Kanji arms will be
links but I have that part figured out. Please help ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Define a 'hit state' for your buttons (4th frame of the button) that is the
same as the 'arms'.

I have to say, that is one of the least usable navigational paradigms i have
ever seen though, especially the 'affiliations', 'current projects' etc
part. There is no way to know where one menu item ends and another begins,
how many items there are, *what* they are etc. 'Mystery meat' navigation is
always a bad idea (imho), but this is even worse as there isn't even any
indication of where one item ends and another starts

I found it a bit odd that the links open new windows within the site. I guess
this is one way to navigate a site but one gets tired of closing windows to go
back to the main page, no?

Like Peter said, you need to define where the hit areas are for each button.

unfortunately the chef wanted the new windows to open and I am working on
reformating it so they open a different way. FYI the kanji represent the chef's
name otherwise I wouldnt have used them. I am not good enough at flash to buid
an entire site yet. Could one of you please give me quick instructions on how
to set the "hit state" for the buttons?? Thanks, email is adamoleson@hotmail.com
