All of you peoples who are much more experienced at this flash stuff than me can help me out hopefully...I'm a very beginner at flash stuff, and just started using flash mx pro 2004 today...so I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there any really good tutorials out there that can guide me though making my site look better with flash or anything? I'm sure there is, but I don't know where to start looking. I made a decent looking navigation bar for my site, but I don't know how to link the rollover buttons to the pages on my site. If someone could pleae help me that would be greatly appreciated...(it seems like I've tinkered with everything...) Thank you so much!!

first press f1 and do the tutorials from start to finish and then;
www.flashkit.com
www.actionscript.org
www.ultrashock.com

will do the start.

but do the tutorials first that comes withthe flash. it is mandatory!

I agree 100%. Not only will the tutorials teach you the basics of using Flash ActionScripts, you will learn some pretty nifty tricks for creating alot of layered and 3d effects that will save you $$$ not having to buy 3D rendering software.
