Hi

I am trying to edit some text in a web page template.  .fla file was not
available so I used sothink swf decomplier to create .fla.  After the
conversion, I can edit it using flash 8.0, but the whole file got messed up.
Example, the popups are playing automatically without mouse clicks.  They are
supposed to show when you click on text.  Any idea why this happened? I am not
an expert in flash and I am trying to edit a document someone else made.
Please help.

Thanks in advance.

While Flash decompilers can usually do a good job, they sometimes do less than stellar work. This seems to be your case. You can either try a different decompiler, or go back to the original fla.
