how do I make flash animation for websites with Abode Flash CS3? It will have
static words with animation moving behind it.

Example:

exclusive video, about the crew, and cast and crew: all have video snippets
moving when you mouse over it.

Become familiar with F1 inside Flash. There are tons of topics right at your
fingertips. It sounds like you are starting from the very beginning so be
patient and open-minded and you'll get there. Here's a tutorial on basic tweens:

Hi I am new only a week since I bought the product and probably many methods of
doing this better but this worked for me as basic.
When you make the motion tween you need to make another layer on top of  the
time line where you like to display the text.
Looks like your static text tween enters at the end you actually do not need
to tween it in at the end you could do it prior to animation. If you add the
static text to the first key frame when copy enter the empty key frame then
click the frame where you would like to terminate the static text by F6 . Or I
think maybe better if you make it into a movie of the the static text it and
this will allow you to position  it where you like should you decide to change
the static text position later and you can have a animation going on in
background. Hope this helps .
with static text selected in options in Flash.
