choosing the point for object positioning?

Hello

In the property of each object, I can set the X and Y position.
This coordinate seems to be for the upper_left corner of the object.
Is it possible to apply the X and Y position to the bottom right corner (for
example) ?

I don't think so... that's done by specifying width and height.
