HI I am working on a web site for singers, and well, I would love to make the
entire site flash so I was wondering if I could make members update there
profile from there control panel that would update XML that would uploaded to
the flash site? If you know what I am talking about plz helpif you work with
flash and XML and don?t know what I?m talking about ask me any questions to
make my intentions clear. I would love to do this for www.singersweb.com

Not with Flash and XML alone. You need server side software to accept the new XML and write the changes to an XML-file on the server.
