1st, yes, I'm a newbie. :)  Ok, now that's out of the way, is it possible to
create a site using Flash & Dreamweaver? I've played around w.Dreamweaver in
the past, before Adobe bought Macromedia, but never got into Flash.  Now, me
and Flash are on speaking terms.  What I want to do is keep the functions and
actions of the top part (from the living room picture up) and create the bottom
using dreamweaver.

Reason being is I'm for the most part comfortable w.Dreamweaver. Also, I'm not
sure how SEO friendly Flash sites are. It seems that it would be a simple
process, especially since Adobe bought & integrated Flash.  Is this possible?
I've linked the sample site below.

YES its possible!
You can totally keep the top half in flash and do the rest in Dreamweaver
SEO in flash IS Possible, try searching SwfObject in google as a start (you
have a div that is searchable but swf object replaces it with flash content
when the page is rendered)

Flash & Dreamweaver have been integrated for a long time!

FYI: Adobe bought Flash & Dreamweaver, macromedia had already integrated them
as they owned / created both. Adobe Integrated Macromedia Studio (Flash, DW,
Fireworks) and CS2 (Illustrator, Photoshop etc) to creat CS3
