I've seen worse from "native" English speakers. :-)

I first learned CSS quite a few years back, and so I haven't needed a
tutorial for a long time. That said, it's hard to go wrong with O'Reilly
and Associates books:

Probably not the newest, but I liked the one with Jakon Lie as an author

"You mean like circular reasoning?"
"He believes in God. Therefore, he's fallacious."

"Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML", from O'Reilly
The best HTML tutorial I know, with an intro to CSS as well. This is
the only HTML tutorial I know that teaches _good_ HTML style, not just
the nuts and bolts of it.
"Cascading Style Sheets" by Haakon Lie & Bert Bos
This is a CSS tutorial that's also useful as an on-going reference (my
copy is a 1st edition and it's still within reach on my desk)
