how to navigate inside a StyleSheet Layout

Hi,
I have  a 3 column Layout.(Former a Frameset).
The left column contain a menu, the middle is named 'content'.
With the menu I want to display misc. html sites inside the
container : div id=content.

Is there a other way than an iframe.

Using CSS floats you can.
