It's a simple URL. If you get the content directly
<URL:http://clearnova.com/ThinkCAP/servlet/Publisher?SERVER=cserv.htm&NAME=/navHome.css>
you'll see it's not a stylesheet. Someone's made a big mistake somewhere.

This is what I get:
"Error domain clearnova.com is not registered in ThinkCAP"
The page doesn't work in any browser.
