In coldfusion admin, i get a server error when i try to access the directory structure. It states "Unable to authenticate on RDS server using current security information!". how can this be resolved? Please explain is this a new installation? Are you sure rds development is enabled, this is an option of the setup disabled by default and has to be enabled during setup. Do you have any problems accessing the rds in other programs? Are you trying to contact the local rds or a remote rds server? Note that if you are accessing rds through a remote server, offering shared hosting accounts this can be some time disallowed for security reasons. If that is the case use a data source and save on local machine then update trough ftp. This is the case in many shared hosting accounts. Hope this helps. rds was enabled however i have reinstalled the application and it works fine now. |
