ColdFusion MX6.1 to ColdFusion 8

Hi all,
Do I have to upgrate to 7 first or just go from 6.1 to 8. When will it be released?

You can just got to CF8 without the need to go to 7 first. It *should* be relatively painless!

I received notice today that it is now shipping, to answer the second part of teh question ... and yes, it should upgrade 6.1+ to 8 without issue.
