hi do you guys know any help desk application product written in coldfusion we are thinking of buying or having someone to build for us. thanks I've customer built several Helpdesk Applications on CF (version 5, 6, and 7). My customers have always found it easier to have me build theirs from scratch, rather than trying to fit their business/helpdesk model into somebdoy else's box.
