CFIDE not accessible???

I believe that my CFIDE is not accessible, but I don't know where to go to make
it accessible.  Can anyone help?  My development box is using IIS on Windows
XP, my production server will have Windows 2003 server and IIS.

Where is your CFIDE folder installed?  If its installed under the default web site, first make sure that is enabled.
