We have a client who is getting a page not found error that only occurs within
their local network. They have tried to access the site from outside their
network and it works fine. They are the only client we have experiencing this
issue. I am wondering if anyone here can think of what issues we might suggest
to their IT support unit to help them resolve this issue?

I've seen this caused by split-view DNS or firewalls.
