Consuming Webservices

I have a webservice that I know is valid. It passes the xmethods wsdl validator
http://www.xmethods.net/ve2/Tools.po
But it fails whenever I try to invoke it with coldfusion. The wsdl is
http://acswebapplications.acs.org/portaltools/ACSIntegrationLayer.wsdl

What is the error message, any more info???
