Can i find any sample free webbased-application for employee login and
logout timing.

Yes you could, I suppose. [That was your Q?]

But why free?
When employees are involved, money is earned,
and some of it could be well spent on employee management.

I would suggest not using such "application"
[I would say "code"] as a secure measure,
unless you know and understand that code thoroughly,
and therefore are proficient in asp, vbs or js, and database management.

If you are that proficient, you could easily write your own code.

If you are not, hire a professional.

Sourceforge has an open source program written in PHP.
