So I was doing this preloader tutorial and got it all working so far except for
some reason they felt the need to leave out the last code...  He simply states
that you need to name the first frame of your main thing (the thing you're
loading) "start" and name the last frame that needs loading "end".

How the crap do I name frames?

Select the frame and in the Properties Panel is a TextField behind the
"Frame" text that says "<Frame Label>". Write in that textfield the
word start. Notice that after you write the name, the combobox (Label
type) at the bottom is enabled with the option "Name".

Click on the frame you want to name, go to the properties panel, enter the frame name where you see <frame label>.
